As our Virtual Training Coordinator, you will be primarily be focused on supporting the administration and delivery of virtual B2B negotiation courses. You’ll acquire highly valuable negotiation skills by working with global Negotiation Experts. You’ll also work directly with the CEO, which means more responsibility, accelerated development, and improved career prospects.

We have delivered customized negotiation training to our global corporate clients for over 20 years. Our graduates hail from over 100 countries. We’ve created the world’s most advanced negotiation sim game platform.

Primary responsibilities:

  1. Support the setup of classes by loading participants onto our software, sending invitations and reminder emails to get participants to complete their profiles, watch videos, set up their sim game profiles, and prepare PowerPoint slides. Create and email PDF certificates and scored assessment reports.

  2. Master and improve our processes. Watch how-to videos and create or update our detailed guides (i.e. SOP's).

  3. Producer: Support our Negotiation Experts in delivering virtual classes and eTournaments. This includes helping with Zoom/Teams, explaining our sim game’s features, and debriefing negotiations using our sim game’s graphs. These sessions are typically scheduled weeks to months in advance and last ~5 hours. Sessions are in EMEA mornings, afternoons, or evenings, so please let us know your availability. You’ll also help train and coordinate Producers.

  4. Update training calendars and WordPress. Project manage our online training learner self-paced evolution.

  5. Analyze participant feedback and write a summary email for clients’ leadership.

  6. Support our Negotiation Experts with their travel, visa and other requirements while they are abroad.

  7. Support various projects, such as our online training learner self-paced evolution.
