Management of Yaman SPA Resort construction project implementation. Yaman SPA Resort is a multifunctional tourist and entertainment center by river Don in Voronezh Region, The project has been postponed due to the land registration need.

Project Management of a new P&G Distrubuter Center with LIPD (Lean integrated project delivery) tools. The project has been stopped by P&G due to sanctions implemented to Russian Federation.

Management of brownfield pharmaceutical projects implementation. Taking part in initiating a project, leadership of planning,executing,monitoring and controlling and closing the projects.Construction companies qualification assessments, tender procedures followed by a general contractor definition. Concluding the projects contracts,holding the projects meetings, initial permits preparation, working out the design assignments, control of designing and construction, expertise of a project design,getting the permits for construction, check and preparation of as-built documentation, check of KC2, KC3 acts,controlling scope, budget,schedule, quality,resources and risks of the projects. Getting conclusion on conformity (ЗОС) and launch into operation permit from local authorities. There have been canteen, changing rooms and floor slabs refurbishment projects implemented successfully in terms of active pharmaceutical factory. The projects of Analytical laboratory and Manufacture, Science and Technology Centre were in completion phase.

Bionorica Pharmaceuticals factory engineering systems project implementation. The factory site management of 24 systems installation, scheduling, WD correction, the systems testings, launch into operation, as-built documentation, hand over procedures.

Agriculture projects management. Implementation of the projects,handing over the accomplished projects to a customer, preparing as-builts, the projects commisionings according to contracts schedules and dead lines. Setting up the full cycle of a project implementation: Initial data,design,construction and equipment installation, start up, launch into operation. A project budget optimization,introduction of the general principles of PMBoK. So 7 WTF farms of 40000 hogs a year each have been successfully launched into operation.

Facade systems project chief engineer at Lahta-centre -Managing and solving critical designing issues and getting customers approval for the design solutions and documentation -Managing the project facade systems tests - working out design ,method statements, the tests performance and reports and getting them approved by the customer - Working out layouts and method statements of the facades installation and getting the customer's approvals - participation in quantity and quality control of facade structures being delivered on site - Management of installation works - responsible for as built documentation of the facades works executed - hand over procedures -overheads optimization of the project The unique innovative facades working designs and drawings of intricate geometric and curvilinear forms (cable-stayed, spider, structural glazing, modular facades, ETFE membrane facades) have been carried out and approved. The sophisticated Method statements accomplished for the unique installation processes of facade works, resulting in the magnificent architectural landmark of St. Petersburg - Lakhta-Center.

Pet food factory in Novosibirsk ( 3500m2, 18ktn/year) with Wastewater Treatment Plant(1500m3/day) and 9км pressure sewer, my participation - from plan to commissioning.

I was working at Leopards Town Block E in Dublin. It is the main entrance consists of Pilkinton planar screen of 40 meters high together with sloped roof light and another roof light and curtain walling on the top of the same building. My tasks and responsibilities included surveying, setting out steel structures, curtain walling, glazed structures, etc. I was controlling installation progress, coordinating our working drawings with other subcontractors, supervising Russian fixers, translating etc.Next job was glazed bridge on Fleet st. (Shoe Lane), London. Pilkinton planar system was installed by our team in very short time. After that a very fascinating roof light was done at One Bunhill Row in London as well.After I was working in Scotland. A huge sloped roof light - Curtal roof glazing system - was used at biggest shopping center in East Kilbride. I was doing the same job - surveying, setting out, supervising etc.Then I was involved in two jobs in Leeds. It was "The Light" - big mall roof at Radisson SAS Hotel and Leeds City Station - setting out, glazing, fixing flashings, castings etc.

I commenced working for Sashdawn Ltd at the Partya Corporation's Domino outlet in Moscow, we were installing Pilkinton Planar glass wall system and my responsibilities were supervising our labor force, translating, setting out, surveying etc. We were fixing brackets, carriers using scaffold and cherry pickers, then securing fins, glass units. Working together with many subcontractors made us do our job in strict accordance with schedules and programs. It was winter time and we had to be very quick to complete the contract. Then I was passing a training course in London on Taylor Woodrow Test Rig. We were erecting and testing curtain walling and rain- screen cladding fragments for the New British Embassy in Moscow. The New British Embassy is a big complex consists of three apartment blocks, offices East, Chancery, Swimming pool, Tennis court, Amenities, Squash yard etc. Many different types of cladding, curtain walling, windows, doors, beam and column casings, soffits have been fixed by us. A lot of subcontractors were working together with us and it was necessary to coordinate our schedules with them to follow programs up and make sure in date completion. Many times I had to coordinate our drawings with the subcontractors in order to facilitate our performing together and providing progress. I was installing the different Schuco, Reynolds glazed and rain screen systems on this interesting complex. Being in charge of setting out, organizing and training our labour from set-out to completion gave me a great experience

Supervised construction had been carried by the firm, had been responsible for trade and cooperation with European manufacturers of finishing materials and equipment - n.v. BAUWENS GASTON (Belgium), Pamesa, Adincra, Roca (Spain), S-75 (Italy), Jitona (Czech rep.) etc. Then trained our labor force and applied these materials and equipment in housing and office contracts

Supervised manufacturing structural elements of concrete, wood and steel, assembling them, mostly for wooden and brick cottages of 1 to 3 floors. My role as a manager included time scale, cost and programs. Initially setting up trade and cooperation with German and other foreign firms, organize production and delivery of construction building and finishing materials for housing and office contracts. Then construction and installation of this equipment in Voronezh and Germany. Selling structural elements of wood to German firm "Wilhelm Behrmann and Sohn", Hamburg.

I worked at Voronezh Nuclear Power Station started from excavation, foundation and concrete shell. This was a combination of monolithic, prefabricated and steel structures up to the top level. It was a huge complex included chemical water treatment, reactor compartment, special water treatment, administrative building, the steam generator compartment etc. My company was the general contractor and my role as a foreman was to provide progress on the site together with other supervisors and managers, to make programs, follow them up, to make sure in date completion. In addition that was an interesting job especially working together with many subcontractors which were creating miracle installing services and I have had a great experience. I was involved in construction of Balakovskaya Nuclear Power Station, Thermal Power Stations in Lipetsk, Voronezh, Tambov and other energy facilities
