Responsibilities: - zero incident safety objective during the project implementation; - responsible for actively following, supervising and supporting the engineering activities in the preparations area within the projected time frame and budget in line with the overall project objectives; - to tender the equipment packages, contracting and delivery follow up; - timely execution of the construction activities up until mechanical completion and start up; - tracking budget and schedule for the dedicated areas together with the cost and schedule controllers; - ensuring compliance to the scope and change management processes. Key achievement: - One of the smoothest and shortest in industry start up as result of well-designed, well-constructed and well-commissioned plant. - about 15% saving on total budget

Executing a greenfield project - state of art sunflower crush plant capacity 2000 mt/day, budget above 250 mln $. The following plant areas were under supervision during design, construction, commissioning and start up: - seeds intake and cleaning, - seeds drying; - oil, meal, ash load out, - laboratories, - biomass boilers, - turbine, - glycol loop, ESP. Responsibilities: - zero incident safety objective during the project implementation; - responsible for actively following, supervising and supporting the engineering activities for the dedicated areas as according within the projected time frame and budget in line with the overall project objectives; - to tender the equipment packages (tanks, intake equipment, driers, cleaning machines, filters, load out equipment, etc.); - timely execution of the construction activities up until mechanical completion and start up; - tracking budget and schedule for the dedicated areas together with the cost and schedule controllers; - ensuring compliance to the scope and change management processes; - contracting and delivery follow up. Member of team developing port facility conception design at black sea region responsible for technical part. Responsibilities: - to manage CAPEX projects, including overall project management, designing and engineering, planning, scheduling, composing specifications, equipment selection and tendering, total cost of ownership analysis, customs clearance of foreign equipment, contractors selection and negotiations, control of contractors and manufacturers, progress reporting, commissioning and start up; - to prepare strategic 5-years investment plan for CIS region, including budgeting, composition of business cases, clarification the commercial scope with sales and marketing team, evaluation of technical scope, calculation of pay back period and NPV, classification of project requests; - to manage continuous improvement and to lean manufacturing programs: kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis; - to manage the program of young engineers development on local level; - to manage administrative issues of department; - to train local employees on project management, regional and local procedures of capital expenditures, project management software; - to report to European, regional and local management. Average total budget of executed projects within a year is about 6 mln $. The total budget of projects I've participated in is about 25 mln $. The total budget of projects I've participated in planning stage is exceed 70 mln$. The budget range of particular projects I have managed is vary from 30 k$ till 2 mln$. Key achievements: - creation of new department from scratch for CAPEX projects management and continuous imprrovement; - organization of investment plan preparation system and investment projects follow-up system inside of Bunge CIS; - successfully executed project of seeds intake capacity increasing (budget - 2 mln $); - successfully executed unique project of cookers expansion linked with a lot of constrains due to very limited time allowed for plant shutdown (budget 450 k$); - site continuous improvement proposals program development and deployment.

Hold the following roles: - material manager for spare parts warehouse; - technician for mechanical works; - planner and drawer in maintenance planning department; - operator in preparation, extraction and refinery plants; - planner in production planning department, controlled consumables of bottling plant and developed standards of electricity consumption for different plants; - project engineer, did pre-designing work and budgeted projects from next year CAPEX plan for plant in Voronezh as well as 4 months spent in Spain and did pre-designing and budgeting for the CAPEX plan in Spain working in international team; also made innovation project using new technology of refinery for the plant in Voronezh which afterwards have been protected by patent. Key achievements at the position of engineer: - a proposal on production improvement has have been made which allow to save plant more than 200 k$ per year; - an innovation project which I've been managing initially was commemorated at the European level and then won global innovation award.
