My responsibilities comprise of sales department reorganization, starting with dividing territories regarding the RSM and commercial policies of the company concerning: pricing policies, working with distributors, distribution principles, accrual of the marketing allowance, and ending with personnel motivation, TM activities include effectiveness principle development and the allocation of funds.
The project was developed and defended in front of the President of the company.
At the moment I am engaged in sales development around the Central Federal District (as an additional load). For the first time in two years, the sales for the last two months have exceeded the sales of the corresponding months of the previous year (Sell in). Concerning Sell out, the increase in the total comprises of 10 to 25 percent from month to month at the moment, when the work on the named territory development was started. I am working on the development plan for Kazakhstan, which is new territory for me.
Summarizing the results of the year: for the second half of the year, the sales index in the area of my responsibility has reached +28.8 % in comparison to the previous period sales. As for the whole year: +1.74%. I also introduced the system of funds allocation, controlling the performance and the payments in trading-marketing activities. With its help, it was possible to control the budget expenditures regarding every customer, and the effectiveness of every campaign performed.
But the reason I am looking for a job is the Company leaders' unwillingness to introduce changes, which contribute the sales systematization, as well as non-compliance with the Labour code and the agreements, which were made concerning the level and system of motivation.
