Managing projects of reconstruction of existing cement plant (up to 25 mln euros). Coordination of projects managed by other managers (both CTEC and TCEA – Lion). Participation in tendering process, selection of subcontractors. Performing Due Diligence studies for other possible plants; Coordination of sub-contractors’ works, maintaining and optimization of Project time schedule; Coordination of design and initial approvals works.  Lafarge cement plant renovation, Voskresensk, Russia – EURO 250 million, (Project manager) Pre-design development for renovation of cement plant; supervision of mills and presses replacement as separate project.

Acted as Assistant Project Manager during construction of plants for international customers (Unilever Margarine plant, Campina yoghurt plant); Developed collection and classification system for documentation submitted to the authorities for approval, participated in negotiations with customers and subcontractors; Designed technological part and co-ordinated activities in design and construction.
