- Teaching all grade levels. - To plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons using a variety of approaches, to continually enhance teaching and learning. - To monitor student progress, keeping student records that include assessment outcomes and targets set at regular intervals in line with school policy, to enable all students to achieve their full potential. Contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of children and young people with regard to Area Child Protection Procedures. - Communicating with peers, colleagues, administrators, and parents to meet and exceed teaching goals. - Motivate and inspire students to perform to the best of their ability. - Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet students varying needs and interests. - Providing swimming lessons for all grades. - To be a member of the PE Department. - Any other reasonable tasks requested by the principal.
