Work in the "Vimpelcom swap" project – 2G&3G networks migration from Alcatel and Huawei to Nokia equipment in four regions of Central Russia. As part of the project, I was responsible for radio access network quality control, complex optimization of RAN logical parameters to achieve KPI target values; participation in the drive tests, analysis and reports preparation on their results; alarm-monitoring and troubleshooting of recently-integrated base stations, initial tuning and capacity management; handling of customers trouble-tickets in case of the mobile network service quality; analysis of network performance in specific clusters (highways, border zones served by different vendors, areas with very limited frequency resource), designing templates of RAN logical parameters in these areas. Work in the “Tele2 Moscow deployment” project – 3G & LTE pre-launch RAN logical parameters audit of Ericsson-based network, post-launch KPI and capacity monitoring, initial troubleshooting. In case of that project, NSN team provided technical audit of Tele2 Ericsson-based network in Moscow city during its commercial launch. As part of the project, I was responsible for: RNC and NodeB logical parameters database collection and verification, OSS 3G reports and data collection, KPI and capacity monitoring after network launch, preparation of recommendation for further 3G network optimization Work in the “Megafon Moscow services care” project – 2G, 3G & LTE customer cases support. Control of mobile network performance and KPIs; mobile services troubleshooting and solution; audit and optimization of network logical parameters; planning and implementation of optimization measures; finding solutions for subscriber’s trouble tickets in mobile services quality; frequency-dimensional planning; network resource audit and expansion; drive-tests performing, analysis and reporting. Roll-out planning; base-station dimensioning, cluster and site planning; finding places for site construction; integration and testing of new sites; performing of radio measurements and parameters correction of antenna-feeder systems. Utilization monitoring of Abis/Gb/Iub/Iu interfaces; BSC/RNC resources monitoring, preparing recommendations for transport network upgrades and hardware expansions. End-to-end optimization of IRAT/Inter-RAT handovers; GSM frequency plans changes; license order and activation; revisioning and optimization of logical parameters on BTS 2G/3G, BSC, RNC. Preparation of data builds for BS integration. Accomplishments: In 2012 fulfilled planning and deployment of WiMax network on the territory of VimpelCom Ltd. Sochi filial-branch. In 2011 - 2013 participated in implementation of Olympic Special Project on the territory of VimpelCom Ltd. Sochi filial-branch. In 2014 participated in implementation of Formula 1 Special Project on the territory of VimpelCom Ltd. Sochi filial-branch.

Maintenance of FTTB network; network nodes monitoring, remote administration and troubleshooting; emergency repair of fiber optic links (performing and analysis OTDR, breakage finding, installation of fiber couplings); integration new network elements - Alcatel routers and commutators; finding solution for subscriber’s trouble tickets.
